INFORMATION ABOUT INDIGO ISLAND

Indigo Island is located 200 miles (300 km) Southeast of Miami, Florida, in the Exuma area of the Bahamas. From New York, travel time by jet is about three hours; from Los Angeles, five; from London, nine hours; from Miami, one and a half hours.

You can reach Indigo Island by flying to Nassau International Airport in the Bahamas and transferring to a forty-minute flight in a chartered amphibious plane. Helicopter service is available to Indigo Island heliport.

Weather at Indigo Island averages between 78°F (24°C) and 68°F (20°C) in December, with a water temperature of 75°F (24°C). In July, the weather is between 86°F (30°C) to 73°F (23°C) with a water temperature of 85°F (29°C)

Medical facilities include comprehensive first-aid equipment on Indigo Island, plus emergency medical evacuation to Miami by jet ambulance or helicopter if required.

Luxurious accommodations for up to eighteen (18) people are provided in the air conditioned main house and five guest houses. Each of the eleven (11) bedrooms has a Satellite TV/VCR/DVD and phone. The main house has a master bedroom, living room, dining room and gym. The two adjoining guest houses each have two bedrooms and a living room. The beach house has two bedrooms and living room. The classic villa has three bedrooms, living room and media room. The cottage has one bedroom and cozy sitting area. Staff is housed in separate private housing.

Your meals at Indigo Island will be prepared by our private chef whose goal is to delight you with the latest trends in cuisine or prepare your favorite dishes with a tropical flare according to your tastes and preferences. Ingredients are fresh from the garden and the sea. Provisions are flown in regularly.

Indigo Island's staff of 14 - 20 (depending on the number of guests) is ready to accommodate your special needs. Their mission is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Just ask!

Effective Rates
- $30,000 rental fee per day
- For parties of 8 or less, no additional charge
- $2,000 per person per day for each person over 8
- A group of 18 at a time is the maximum accepted

1 - 8 guests $30,000 per night, $210,000 per week

9 guests $32,000 per night, $224,000 per week

10 guests $34,000 per night, $238,000 per week

11 guests $36,000 per night, $252,000 per week

12 guests $38,000 per night, $266,000 per week

13 guests $40,000 per night, $280,000 per week

14 guests $42,000 per night, $294,000 per week

15 guests $44,000 per night, $308,000 per week

Rates are inclusive of all meals and beverages (including a house list of wines & alcohol), accommodations and use of all of the islands facilities.

Rental fee does not include air transportation to Indigo Island, special wine and liquor, masseuses, facialists, tennis pro, scuba diving, or telephone. Special services (e.g. bands, fireworks) are available with advance request. Staff gratuities are not included in the rental fee. A 20% expense advance is used to pay for any extra expenses.

Deposit Policy

- 20% deposit is due within two weeks of booking date to secure reservation.
- 40% deposit is due 6 months prior to arrival
- 40% deposit, plus the expense advance, is due 3 months prior to arrival.
Preferred form of deposit payment by wire transfer.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable as they are received. The security deposit is refundable within 30 days of departure. If any deposit remains due after its due date, Indigo Island has the right to treat the reservation as cancelled and all payments will be forfeited.

Proof of Citizenship

Guests are required to bring with them a valid passport (and visa if necessary) for clearing Bahamian Customs and Immigration Services.
